Front office management and daily coordination with consultant / clinic head basis of the treatment advised by them.
Help patient to understand the value of treatment (Convincing patient to commit to treatment)
Explain the payment structure of the respective procedures/investigations to patients in detail.
Maintain counselor reports daily (Advice, Conversion and Patient-wise data).
Coordinating with finance department (Invoices, Getting Discount Approval, Billing).
Establishing a tone of empathy that helps to resolve any patient complaints or conflicts.
Follow up with patients at all stages.
Doctor for life - Responsible for long term relationship management with the patient.
