Job Description

The Counsellor Cum Call Centre Manager oversees the daily operations of the call center while also providing direct patient counselling and support. The candidate requires strong communication, leadership, and multitasking skills.

Responsibilities



Call Centre Management:-



Manage daily operations

.

Supervise and train staff

.

Monitor performance

.

Develop strategies.

Create schedules.

Implement best practices.


Patient Counselling:-



Provide guidance

.

Offer emotional support.

Manage inquiries & their resolution

.

Maintain confidentiality.

Facilitate communication.


Qualification: Bachelor of business administration or Bachelor Degree in Psychology.

Preference shall be given to candidate with three or more years of experience as a Counsellor & Call Centre Team leader in a multispeciality hospital.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
