Explain diagnosis, treatment options, procedures, risks, and expected outcomes
Provide financial counselling on packages, estimates, billing, and payment policies
Ensure informed consent and patient understanding before procedures
Coordinate with doctors, nursing staff, billing, and administration
Maintain accurate clinical and financial counselling documentation
Handle patient queries, follow-ups, and treatment coordination
Support transparency, ethical practices, and patient confidence
