for Counselor As a Counselorat Jupitice Justice Technologies, you are responsible to handle calls from customers, provide information and convert them to clients. Duties include answering phone calls, aiding customers, providing solutions to customer complaints, scheduling appointments, forwarding/suggesting them company\xe2\x80\x99s products/services. Good communication and customer service skills will come in handy for this role. NOTE: Punjabi language is mandatory along with Hindi and English Language Responsibilities

• Manage high volume of phone calls and provide response to all maintaining high quality of services and performance standards.

• Follow communication \xe2\x80\x9cscripts\xe2\x80\x9d when handling different topics

• Identify customers\xe2\x80\x99 needs, clarify information, research every issue and provide solutions and/or alternatives

• When necessary, transfer calls to other members of the team

• Coordinate with customers and avoid any discontinuation from his or her end

• Seize opportunities to upsell products/services when they arise

• Build sustainable relationships and engage customers by taking the extra mile

• Utilize available resources to find the information you require

• Keep records of all conversations in our call center database in a comprehensible way

• Maintained a high level of knowledge and understanding of product features, services

Qualifications/Requirements

• Require a bachelor\'s degree or equivalent

• Previous experience in a customer support role

• Track record of over-achieving quota

• Strong phone and verbal communication skills along with active listening

• Familiarity with CRM systems and practices

• Customer focus and adaptability to different personality types

• Ability to multi-task, set priorities and manage time effectively

Language Skills

• Punjabi language is mandatory along with Hindi and English Language

Job Types: Full-time, Regular / Permanent Salary: 920,000.00 - 935,000.00 per month Schedule:

• Fixed shift
• Monday to Friday
• Morning shift

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Chandigarh, Chandigarh: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)

Education:

• Bachelor\'s (Preferred)

Experience:

• total work: 2 years (Preferred)
• Counselling: 3 years (Preferred)
