We are looking for an experienced and enthusiastic Education Counsellor to join our team! As a Guidance Counsellor, you will be responsible for conducting counselling sessions and helping our students develop their personal and academic skills.

Roles & Responsibilities -

Assisting students with their development Conducting counselling sessions Developing counselling plan Conducting tests and analysing results Identifying behavioural problems Evaluating the progress of students Keeping track of student records

Requirements and skills -

Minimum of a Bachelor's Degree in related field Good computer skills Excellent verbal and written communication skills Highly developed emotional intelligence Excellent interpersonal skills Excellent listening skills Strong organizational skills Strong problem-solving skills Strong conflict-resolution skills Highly developed work ethic Ability to motivate others Should be comfortable to work from office Experience in Education / Training preferred Educational counsellor experience preferred Handle calls on leads generated Describe the services and USP of the same and try to generate maximum conversions. Regular follow-ups with potential clients/ patients. Overall problem solving for customers and coordination as necessary. Handle any operations-related activities that may be required. Tabulate and record responses from all channels on excel. Generate relevant reports from the same.

Note: Sunday will be working day, but you will get one day off during the week from Monday to Friday. (6 days working)

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹32,000.00 per month

Expected Start Date: 10/11/2025
