Role:

Provide comprehensive student counseling services, promote educational opportunities, and oversee application and visa processes to support students in achieving their academic goals.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Student Counseling and Engagement:

Conduct face-to-face and tele-counseling sessions with students and parents to understand their educational aspirations. Promote educational opportunities like webinars, seminars, and informational sessions through calls, WhatsApp messages, and event marketing.

2. Documentation and Application Management:

Assist students with preparing and submitting applications to universities. Guide students through visa application processes and document preparation. Ensure accuracy and completeness of all documentation.

3. Operational Excellence:

Maintain accurate records of student interactions and application statuses. Coordinate with internal departments to ensure seamless processing and student satisfaction. Provide timely updates and follow-ups to students and stakeholders.

Knowledge, Abilities, and Skills:

? Presentable with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

? Fluency in English and at least one regional language (Marathi or Hindi preferred).

? Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.

? Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications:

? Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution.

? 2+ years of relevant experience in student counseling or related roles preferred.
