Assess and identify children's developmental needs across
motor, language, social, and cognitive domains
.
Develop and implement
individualized developmental therapy plans
tailored to each child's strengths and challenges.
Conduct
one-on-one or small-group sessions
focusing on early childhood milestones, play skills, sensory regulation, and functional independence.
Collaborate with
speech, occupational, and behavioural therapists
to ensure integrated child development.
Maintain detailed
session records, progress reports, and parent feedback forms
.
Guide and train
parents
in home-based developmental stimulation techniques.
Participate in
interdisciplinary team meetings, case discussions, and training programs
.
Support
screening, awareness, and parent education programs
organized by Enfance.
Qualifications
Bachelor's / Master's Degree
in any of the following:
Child Development
Psychology
Special Education
Early Childhood Education
Occupational Therapy / Speech Therapy (with early intervention focus)
Experience in
early intervention or developmental therapy
preferred.
Freshers with strong interest in working with neurodiverse children are welcome.
Ability to handle children with
Developmental milestone training
Early intervention planning
Parent guidance and counselling
Sensory and play-based teaching methods
Team collaboration and documentation
