Conduct 1-on-1 pre and post-counselling sessions with parents to discuss their childsprogress and explain the benefits of Brainwonder services.
Design and lead presentations, workshops, seminars, and webinars for students, parents, and educational nstitutions.
Be well-versed with Brainwonders biometric and psychometric assessments and communicate the results effectively to studens and parents.
Address queries and concerns, highlighting how Brainwonders services supports students' academic an personal growth
Collaborate with school staff to ensure smooth delivery and integration of Brainwonders services within theacademic calendar.
Provide training and support for school staff on Brainwonders servces implementation.
Provide digital content, resources, literature and esearch for guidance
Knowledge about counselling with all age groups on an individual basis, and/or wellmix groups of all ages
Candidates with experience in personality, intelligence, career, and clinical testing will epreferredRequirements:
Master's/Ph.D. inPsychology or related field
Excellent communication, interpersnal, and presentation skills
Experience working i education or a related field
Strong understanding of Brainwondrs services and implementation
Ability to travelto schools and conduct meetings
Passion for helping students discover their potntial and plan for their future.
Familiarity with the education industry and schooladministrative structuresWe offer:
