Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities:

1. Conducting career assessment & counselling for the school students from class 6th-12th.

2. Designing career pathways which will help to build excellence in future.

3. Progressive career counselling sessions based on Neuro-Brain mapping reports and provide guidance to achieve dream career.

4. Conducting Adolescent/Parent counselling session.

5. Maintaining database and regular follow ups and coordination with parents and students.

6. Providing Psychological education.

7. Providing crisis intervention.

8. Providing immediate mental health support & counselling.

9. Seminar in schools to explain the product offerings and its benefits.

10. School meetings to explain school authorities which can help in lead conversions.

Required Qualification:

1. Masters in Counselling Psychology.

2. Knowledge of Neuropsychology is a plus.
