About the Role

We are looking for a warm, reliable and skilled Counselling Psychologist to join our team at Holistic Mind Therapy. The role involves working with clients across emotional, behavioral and relationship concerns while maintaining a client-centred and ethical practice.

Key Responsibilities

Being responsible for providing therapy, diagnostics assessments, counselling and support services. Making assessments and interpretations based on psychometric tests, semi-structured interviews and therapy sessions. Collaborating with other healthcare providers to evaluate the medical and physical condition of clients. Formulating and creating personalized interventions, treatments, and management plans for clients. Assessing clients' risk, considering their mental health and social needs when performing interventions. Interacting with clients and other parties regarding performing interventions. Employing various treatment methods such as psychotherapy, hypnosis, behaviour modification, stress reduction therapy, and psychodrama. Measuring the effectiveness of interventions and implementing changes where required. Ensuring the maintenance and safe storage of accurate program and client records, and all other pertinent documents. Co-ordinating with other professional within the clinic space

Requirements

Master's degree in Psychology (Counselling or Clinical) Minimum 1 year of counselling experience preferred Strong communication skills Ability to build rapport with clients Comfortable working with diverse age groups Good emotional awareness and professional boundaries Must be available for an offline role in Kandivali West
