Responsibilities

Providing Trauma-informed, gender-inclusive, and culture-sensitive counselling through a chat-based platform. Respond to messages and provide support to clients in a timely, professional, and accountable manner. Maintain records and case files of sessions with an action plan and recommendations. Provide reports of sensitive or escalated cases with due suggestions and remarks. First responder counselor experience is an added advantage.

Requirements (Qualifications & Skills)

MA or MSc in counselling psychology. Overall 2 years of experience in counselling psychology. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal. Team player attitude with a willingness to grow. Flexible to work on weekends and night shifts. Min 1 year of experience with chat-based mental health counselling tools is a plus. (Freshers with this skillset are also welcome to apply) Strong stress management skills.

Pay: ?500,000.00 - ?600,000.00 per year
