Provide one-on-one counseling sessions for employees facing stress, work pressure, anxiety, relationship issues, or personal challenges.
Offer short-term therapeutic interventions and coping strategies.
2. Mental Health Assessment
Conduct psychological assessments and screenings when needed.
Maintain detailed case notes and ensure confidentiality.
3. Workplace Wellness Programs
Plan and conduct mental health awareness programs, workshops, and training sessions.
Develop stress-management and work-life balance initiatives.
4. Crisis Intervention
Provide immediate support during emotional or workplace crises.
Guide employees to external specialists if advanced clinical support is required.
5. Employee Support & Guidance
Assist employees with conflict resolution, interpersonal issues, and emotional well-being.
Help create a positive and healthy work culture.
6. Collaboration with HR
Work closely with HR to address behavioral issues, absenteeism, burnout, or performance stress.
Provide insights for policy development related to employee wellness.
7. Documentation & Reporting
Maintain strict confidentiality of employee records.
Prepare monthly reports on counseling activities (without revealing identities).
Required Qualifications
BA/MA/MSc in Counseling Psychology.
Certification in counseling or psychotherapy is an added advantage.
Experience in corporate counseling or EAP programs is desirable.
