Key Responsibilities:
Attend a minimum of
3 client meetings per day
(in-person or virtual).
Conduct
discovery sessions
to understand client requirements and recommend suitable services.
Convert meetings into confirmed registrations
by providing effective counseling and follow-up.
Meet monthly
discovery and registration targets
as assigned.
Make
cold calls
to generate new leads and schedule meetings.
Maintain accurate records of client interactions, leads, and conversions.
Collaborate with the telesales and admin teams to ensure smooth operations.
Requirements:
Graduate (any stream) with
1-3 years of experience
in counselling, sales, or customer service.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Persuasive and confident personality with a goal-oriented mindset.
Ability to handle objections and close deals effectively.
Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
Fluency in English and Hindi.
