Key Responsibilities

Counsel patients for procedures such as hair treatments, cosmetic procedures, wellness therapies, and minor medical procedures Explain treatment options, procedure details, benefits, risks, timelines, and costs clearly Handle walk-in patients, online leads, and telephonic inquiries Maintain high patient conversion rates with ethical counseling Coordinate between doctors, patients, and front desk Follow up with patients for pending decisions and treatment plans Maintain patient records and CRM updates Ensure excellent patient experience and trust building
Required Skills

Excellent communication skills (Hindi, English; Marathi preferred) Strong convincing and interpersonal skills Basic understanding of medical / cosmetic procedures (training will be provided) Patient-centric and empathetic approach Target-driven mindset without aggressive selling Computer knowledge (CRM, WhatsApp, Excel, basic billing software)
