Counsel patients and their relatives about treatments and hospital services
Explain procedures, packages, and admission details clearly
Provide emotional support and address patient concerns
Coordinate with doctors, nurses, and front-office teams
Maintain counselling records and follow up with patients
Ensure a professional and empathetic approach at all times
Requirements:
Qualification: Any Degree / Diploma (Psychology / Counselling preferred)
Experience in hospital or healthcare counselling preferred
Good communication skills in Malayalam & English
Patient-friendly attitude and interpersonal skills
Basic computer knowledge
