Improve counseling skills based on audit report analysis.
Update daily, weekly, and monthly reports on time and analyze data.

Handle all front desk operations.
Cash handling, cash deposit, and basic accounting tasks.
General administration and maintenance work.
Take patient photographs as per protocol and update in the software.
Maintain stock records.
Ensure accurate and timely reporting.

4. Knowledge, Training, and Experience Required
Education:
Certificate in Medical Assisting
Experience:
Minimum 1-2 years as a Counsellor

Patient, polite, and assertive behavior.
Strong time-management and prioritization skills.
Ability to assess and identify personal learning needs and pursue continuous improvement.
