Conduct initial assessments to understand clients' mental health concerns, needs, and goals.
Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on clients' issues and objectives.
Assist clients in coping with issues such as stress, anxiety, depression, trauma, grief, and relationship problems.
Encourage self-awareness, emotional regulation, and personal growth in clients.
Maintain client records, ensuring confidentiality and compliance with ethical guidelines. Offer crisis intervention support when necessary.
Stay informed on the latest research and advancements in counseling and psychology.
Conduct workshops, seminars, or group counseling sessions when required.
