to work at the
Crime Against Women (CAW) Cell
. The role involves providing psychological support, trauma counselling and rehabilitation guidance to women who have faced abuse, violence, or emotional distress.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct individual and group counselling sessions for women in crisis situations.
Assess trauma, stress and emotional needs through psychological evaluations.
Develop and implement coping and rehabilitation plans for survivors.
Coordinate with social workers, police officials and other professionals for holistic care.
Maintain ethical and confidential counselling practices and proper documentation.
Required Qualifications:
Master's degree in Psychology (Counselling/Clinical/Applied).
Minimum
1-2 years of experience
in trauma counselling, crisis intervention or similar roles.
Strong communication, empathy and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work in emotionally challenging environments with professionalism and sensitivity.
Preferred:
Prior experience working in women's welfare organizations, NGOs, or with law enforcement support programs.
