Roles & Responsibilities:

Counsel students on their interests and choices and help them make the right career decisions. Counsel students regarding educational issues such as course and program selection. Provide students with information on such topics as college degree programs and admission requirements, financial aid opportunities, and apprenticeship programs. Evaluate individuals' abilities, interests, and personality characteristics using tests, records, interviews, and professional sources. Prepare reports on students and activities as required by administration. Conduct follow-up interviews with counselees to determine if their needs have been met. Coordinate with various business associates to handle their application forms and conversions Achieving admission numbers for the year
Desired Skills and Experience

Should have 1-4 years of experience in a similar role with an educational institution. Graduation in any field. Candidates with an MBA degree in any field will be preferred Should be fluent in English (reading, writing, speaking) Should be proactive and persuasive Uses soft, polite, and courteous language Maintain clear communication with the higher authorities
