Key Responsibilities:Reception Duties:
Greet and welcome visitors in a professional and friendly manner.
Manage incoming phone calls, emails, and inquiries.
Schedule appointments and manage calendars.
Maintain visitor logs and ensure the reception area is clean and tidy.
Provide general administrative support (filing, data entry, documentation).
Counseling/Advisory Duties:
Assist walk-in clients/students with basic queries and provide relevant information.
Understand client needs and guide them about services, courses, or processes.
Maintain records of counseling sessions and follow up as needed.
Coordinate with internal departments to provide complete assistance.
Offer emotional support or motivation when required (non-clinical).
Requirements:
Proven experience as a receptionist, counselor, or in a customer-facing role.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Ability to multitask and handle a fast-paced environment.
Basic knowledge of office tools (MS Office, email, phone systems).
Fluent in [English and other required languages].
