We are looking for an enthusiastic and empathetic

Student Counsellor

to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will play a key role in guiding students toward the right career and training paths, supporting their educational journey, and helping them make informed decisions.

Key Responsibilities:

Interact with prospective students and parents to provide course information Counsel students on career options and suitable training programs Follow up with leads and convert inquiries into enrollments Maintain student records and manage admissions documentation Coordinate with faculty and admin teams for smooth onboarding of students Participate in marketing events, seminars, and webinars to promote courses Provide after-enrollment support to ensure student satisfaction

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree 1-3 years of experience in counselling or academic advisory roles Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Fluency in English and [local language]
