Roles and Responsibilities:


Research and identify solutions to software and hardware issues. (Basic)


Diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues, including account setup and networkconfiguration. (Basic)


Ask customers targeted questions to quickly understand the root of the problem


Talk to clients through a series of actions, via phone, until they've solved technical & Productrelated issues.


Proven work experience as a Technical Support Engineer, Desktop Support


Engineer, IT Help Desk Technician or similar role. (Freshers can also apply)


Hands-on experience with Windows/Linux/Mac OS environments. (Windows Must)


Good understanding of computer systems, mobile devices, and other tech products.


Ability to diagnose and troubleshoot basic technical issues. (Basic)


Familiarity with remote desktop applications.


Good problem-solving and communication skills.


Ability to provide step-by-step technical & product help.


Ability to comprehend and speak in English, Hindi and any one 1 Vernacular Language wouldbe an added advantage.


Flexible to work in Rotational Shifts, Rotational Week Offs, Public Holidays to support ourcustomers.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
