Key Responsibilities

Handle

inbound customer calls

professionally
Resolve customer queries related to

orders, delivery, refunds, returns & services

Provide accurate information and ensure a smooth customer experience
Maintain proper documentation of calls and customer interactions in the system
Escalate complex issues to the concerned team when required
Ensure high customer satisfaction and quality service

Requirements / Eligibility

Freshers can apply

Experienced candidates must have proof of experience / experience certificate

Strong communication skills in

English & Hindi

Good listening skills and problem-solving mindset
Ability to multitask and work under pressure
Customer-focused attitude and willingness to learn

Work Details

Shift Duration:

9 hours/day (including breaks)

Working Days:

6 days/week (Rotational)
