About the Role
We are hiring Customer Support Executives for an International US Voice Process. This is a great opportunity for candidates with strong communication skills and international BPO experience to build a stable career with growth and learning exposure.
Key Responsibilities
Handle customer interactions for the US voice process with professionalism
Provide accurate information and resolve customer concerns effectively
Ensure high customer satisfaction through quality communication
Maintain proper documentation of customer interactions in the system
Follow process guidelines and meet performance targets
Eligibility Criteria
Education: Any Graduate / Undergraduate
Experience: Minimum 6 months of International Voice BPO experience required
Communication: Excellent English communication skills (verbal and written)
Must be comfortable working in rotational shifts
5.5 days working
Rotational shifts and rotational week offs
Cab Facility
Male candidates: ?180 x number of night shifts
Female candidates: One-sided cab in odd hours
