Key Responsibilities:
Handle inbound and outbound calls to assist clients with queries and service information
Provide accurate details regarding company services and resolve customer concerns
Maintain and update customer databases with call records
Follow up with potential leads to ensure conversions into sales or appointments
Achieve daily/weekly performance and customer satisfaction targets
Ensure professional, polite, and customer-centric communication at all times
Requirements:
Minimum 2 years of experience as a Customer Service Executive / Telecaller / Customer Care Executive
Female candidates only
Minimum 12th pass (Graduation preferred)
Excellent communication skills in Hindi & English
Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM tools)
Strong problem-solving, listening, and persuasive skills
Must be based in or willing to travel to Gurgaon
