Expertise in Excel , formulas, V look up etc
Escalation handling, interdepartmental coordination.
Knowledge of claims, enrollment, policy etc.
Outstanding monitoring and clearance.
Provide help and support to your customers through telecalling
Strong communication skills and command of the English language
Previous experience in a telecaller job or similar role
1-2 years experience in TPA INDUSTRY is preferable..
