CUSTOMER CARE- VOICE

Voice Process (Inbound & Outbound)

Work Schedule:

Working Days: 6 days a week

Weekly Off: 1 Rotational Off

Eligibility Criteria:

Graduates only

Freshers and experienced candidates can apply

Roles & Responsibilities:

Handle inbound and outbound customer calls in a professional manner.

Assist customers with queries, complaints, and service requests.

Provide accurate information and ensure customer satisfaction.

Maintain proper documentation of customer interactions in the system.

Escalate unresolved issues to the concerned department.

Meet daily and weekly performance targets while adhering to company guidelines.
