Key Responsibilities:
Handle inbound and outbound calls in a professional and courteous manner

Coordinate with internal teams for issue resolution

Education:
Minimum 12th Pass / Graduate preferred
Experience:

1 year of experience
in customer service / call center / BPO
Strong verbal communication skills in
Hindi and English
Basic computer proficiency (MS Office, email, CRM tools preferred)
Good listening skills, problem-solving ability, and a positive attitude
