Position Overview

We are seeking a motivated and experienced Senior Telecaller to join our Sales team in Gurugram. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in telecalling, excellent communication skills, and a passion for renewable energy. This role involves engaging with potential clients, promoting our solar solutions, and contributing to the growth of our customer base.

Key Responsibilities

Outbound Calling:

Initiate calls to prospective clients to introduce and promote Surya International's solar energy solutions.

Lead Generation:

Identify and qualify leads through effective questioning and conversation.

Sales Conversion:

Persuade potential customers to purchase our products and services, meeting or exceeding sales targets.

Customer Relationship Management:

Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, addressing their needs and concerns promptly.

Data Management:

Accurately record and update customer information in the CRM system.

Market Research:

Stay informed about industry trends, competitor offerings, and customer preferences to effectively position our products.

Team Collaboration:

Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to align strategies and improve campaign effectiveness.

Qualifications

Education:

High school diploma or equivalent; a bachelor's degree is a plus.

Experience:

Minimum of 2 years in telecalling or a similar sales/customer service role.

Skills:

Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Strong persuasion and negotiation abilities. Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite. Ability to handle rejection and maintain a positive attitude. Knowledge of solar energy solutions is a plus.
