Customer Relationship Executive

to join our team. The ideal candidate will handle client communications, maintain relationships, and ensure customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities:

Build and maintain strong relationships with clients Handle inquiries and resolve customer issues promptly Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth service delivery Maintain customer records and follow up for feedback Support the sales and service teams when needed

Requirements:

Graduate in any discipline 0-1years of experience in customer service or client relations (freshers may apply) Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Good computer knowledge (MS Office, email)
