Job Description

Responsibilities :

Preparing the detailed BOQ. Tracking Non- Tender (NT) Items & Quantity Variation as per site conditions & requirements received from PMC/client. Attending Negotiation meeting with PMC/Client for NT Items cost approval
Maintaining NT Tracker (Approval & Non-Approval)
Proper flow of information wrt to NT items and respective approvals.

Understanding the scope of work and prepare the tender in a cost effective way.
Timely submission of all tenders.

procure or agree the services of contractors and/or subcontractors who work on the construction of the project. Co-Ordinating with Design & Procurement team regarding material spec., price, for bidding etc. Maintain professional relationship with clients and manage all escalations that come up. Ability to manage team productivity, optimize human resources, motivate and retain team members.
