Job Title: Senior Executive / Manager - Accounts (Costing)

Experience: 7-10 Years

Department: Finance & Accounts

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare, analyze, and control product costing, variance analysis, and cost allocation. Monitor standard costing, actual vs. budget analysis, and identify cost-saving opportunities. Maintain cost sheets, BOM (Bill of Materials), and ensure accuracy of data in ERP system. Conduct monthly/quarterly cost audits and prepare MIS reports for management review. Support management in pricing decisions, budgeting, and profitability analysis. Coordinate with Production, Procurement, and Stores for capturing accurate cost data. Ensure compliance with accounting standards, cost audit requirements, and statutory norms. Assist in preparing annual budgets and forecasts, and monitor cost control measures. Handle internal/external auditors for cost-related queries. Support implementation of cost optimization initiatives across departments.

Key Skills & Competencies:

Strong knowledge of costing, cost audits, and financial analysis. Hands-on experience with ERP systems (SAP/Tally/Oracle, etc.). Proficiency in MS Excel and financial reporting tools. Analytical mindset with attention to detail. Strong communication and interdepartmental coordination skills.

Qualification:

CA / ICWA (Cost Accountant) / MBA (Finance) or equivalent professional degree.

Pay: ₹600,000.00 - ₹800,000.00 per year
