BCom / MCom, ICWA / MBA - Finance with Min Exp: 10 to 15 years.
Previous experience in costing, financial analysis, or related roles within the manufacturing industry is preferred.
Should be well verse with Advance Excel / MS Office (Word, Power Point).
Understanding of manufacturing processes, overhead allocation methods, and inventory valuation principles.
Familiarity with cost accounting standards and methodologies.
Effective communication skills, both verbal and written, to convey complex cost information to stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
Responsibilities:
Analyze production costs, including direct labor, materials, overhead, and other manufacturing expenses.
Identify cost drivers and variances, and recommend actions to control costs and improve profitability.
Develop cost estimates for new products or product enhancements, including materials, labour, and overhead costs.
Prepare regular cost reports, financial analyses, and performance metrics for management review.
Participate in inventory management activities, including inventory valuation, inventory control, and reconciliation of inventory accounts.
