Job Description

Experience:

2-7 years in cost accounting, preferably in manufacturing

Job Purpose

To analyse, control, and optimize costs by implementing effective costing systems, supporting management decision-making, and improving operational efficiency.

Costing & Analysis

Prepare product-wise, cost sheets

Analyze material, labor, and overhead costs; identify variances and root causes

Monitor standard costing and conduct variance analysis

Support pricing decisions, margin analysis, and profitability studies

Coordination & Process Improvement

Liaise with production, procurement, engineering, and finance teams

Identify process inefficiencies and recommend improvements

Support implementation of best costing practices

Qualifications

Cost & Management Accountant (CMA - ICMAI) / Inter CMA/B Com with practical experience

Preferred:

Experience with SAP Hana Exposure to manufacturing or project costing

Skills & Competencies

Strong knowledge of cost accounting principles and CAS Proficiency in MS Excel and ERP systems Analytical and problem-solving skills Attention to detail and accuracy Good communication and coordination skills Ability to work under deadlines

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
