Responsibilities

Vendor sourcing & management RFQ handling, costing & estimation Price negotiation, budgeting & offer preparation Tendering, pre-bid & bid support Support to Sales Team Ensure timely and compliant tender/offer submissions

For Engineers (with design knowledge):

Design & engineering support Site surveys, budgeting & technical coordination Work on HVAC turnkey systems (Chillers, VRF, Ventilation, Air washers, etc.)

Preferred Candidate

Minimum 1 year experience

in Purchase / Costing / Estimation / Pre-sales Strong arithmetic & negotiation skills Good vendor network Knowledge of HVAC, MEP, Govt. Projects (preferred) Design knowledge (preferred) Dynamic & self-driven
