Job Title: Costing Engineer - Product Development

: We are looking for a talented Costing Engineer with expertise in product development and cost estimation to join our innovative team. The ideal candidate will play a key role in developing cost-effective products, ensuring accurate cost analysis, and supporting the product development lifecycle from concept to production.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and maintain precise cost estimates for product development projects, including materials, labor, and overhead. Collaborate with design, engineering, and production teams to ensure cost-effective product designs and manufacturability. Utilize AutoCAD and CATIA to create and review technical drawings and 3D models for cost analysis and product development. Analyze and optimize manufacturing processes to reduce costs while maintaining quality standards. Prepare detailed cost reports and budgets using Microsoft Excel for project tracking and decision-making. Monitor project timelines, identify cost-related risks, and implement strategies to stay within budget. Ensure compliance with industry standards, quality control measures, and safety regulations.
Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field. 2+ years of experience in costing, product development, or manufacturing engineering. Strong proficiency in AutoCAD, CATIA, and Microsoft Excel for design and cost analysis. Solid understanding of costing methodologies, budget management, and product development processes. Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
