Job Summary:

We are looking for a detail-oriented and experienced

Civil Costing Engineer

to manage cost estimation, BOQ preparation, billing, and coordination activities for building construction projects. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of drawings, quantity take-offs, and project documentation.

Key Responsibilities:

Estimation & Quantity Take-Off:

Accurately estimate quantities and costs of materials required for building construction projects.

Drawing-Based Calculations:

Extract quantities and material requirements directly from architectural and structural drawings.

BOQ (Bill of Quantities) Preparation:

Prepare detailed and itemized BOQs as per project requirements and specifications.

Billing:

Handle client and subcontractor billing, verify work progress, and prepare running/final bills.

Labour & Cost Estimation:

Prepare cost analysis for manpower, materials, machinery, and overheads for budget planning.

Documentation & Coordination:

Maintain all costing, billing, and estimation-related documentation and coordinate with project managers, contractors, and procurement teams.

Candidate Requirements:

Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech in Civil Engineering Strong understanding of building materials, construction methods, and costing techniques Proficiency in MS Excel, AutoCAD, and estimation software (e.g., MS Project, Candy, etc.) Ability to interpret technical drawings and specifications Strong analytical, communication, and coordination skills Prior experience in residential/commercial/government construction projects preferred

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
