Role & Responsibilities :

Participate in RFQ process by preparing detailed cost estimates for electro-mechanical machines and assemblies. Analyze customer specifications, drawings, and BOMs to determine material, labor, and overhead costs. Collaborate with design and engineering teams to validate technical feasibility and cost implications. Use Product Configurator tools to create accurate BOMs and routings for configured products. Coordinate with procurement to obtain supplier quotes and ensure competitive pricing. Prepare cost breakdowns and pricing sheets for submission to customers. Conduct cost variance analysis between estimated and actual costs post-project execution. Support sales and business development teams with cost-based insights during negotiations. Maintain and update costing databases and historical cost records for future RFQs. Drive cost optimization initiatives to improve profitability and competitiveness.

Key Skills Required :

3-5 years within electro-mechanical machine manufacturing & Hands-on experience in RFQ processes and quotation preparation. Experience with Product Configurator tools (preferably Infor LN or similar ERP systems). Proficiency in costing tools, ERP systems (SAP, Infor LN, Oracle), and MS Excel. Strong understanding of manufacturing processes and cost drivers. Excellent analytical and negotiation skills. Ability to work under tight deadlines and handle multiple RFQs simultaneously.

Pay: ₹400,000.00 - ₹700,000.00 per year
