Exp:

1-3 yrs (strong fresher OK)

Role:

Own BOQs, billing/invoicing, and quantity take-offs from design drawings; track costs and coordinate with site for measurements.

Key Responsibilities

Prepare BOQs and extract quantities from plans/sections/elevations Create client/vendor bills & invoices; verify supporting documents Maintain cost registers; budget vs actual reconciliation Liaise with site teams for measurements and change orders

Skills

Excel/Google Sheets & Word:

SUMIFS/COUNTIFS, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, pivots, data validation Read

GFC drawings

; strong accuracy & documentation Basic understanding of

interior site execution

and materials Nice-to-have: GST basics, measurement books/work orders, AutoCAD/PDF take-off tools

Qualification:

Diploma/Degree in Civil/Interior/QS/Commerce/Accountancy

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
