Summary: The Cost Optimisation Analyst will report to the Cost Optimisation Manager. They will work on all activities that optimize the value, cost and efficiency of volume based Infrastruture spend (e.g. Cloud, Telephony, Networks) to ensure value for money and correct billing and invoicing. They will will work alongside a team of Cost Optimisation Analysists to audit and analyse demand based invoices to find ways to make our operations more cost-efficient. The team will provide insights and reporting to support the leadership team in making better decisions and optimizng cost. you to be well-versed in data and financial analysis, and have strong attention to detail. Ultimately, your job will be an integral part of our efforts to ensure profitability and business success. Job Responsibilities: The Cost Optimisation Analyst will work in a team of Cost Optimisation Analysts and oversee all activities that optimize the value, cost and efficiency of volume based Infrastruture spend (e.g. Cloud, Telephony, Networks) to ensure value for money and correct billing and invoicing.

Qualifications
Required Skills:

• Experience in the area of Spend or Cost Optimisation in large, complex organisations - Demonstrable experience of TEM (Telecoms Expense Management) processes and function
• Demonstrable experience of analysing 3rd party TEM spend
• Hands-on experience and knowledge of implementing Cost Optimisation analytics and techniques to gain efficiencies
• Invoice, inventory & spend analsysis for volume based contracts (e.g. Cloud, Telephony, Networks)
• Ability to engage and influence at Senior Management and Director level
• Cost consumption analysis & accurate budget planning - Spend analytics and reporting / auditing costs and invoicing
• End-to-end PO and invoice management

Desired Skills:

• Understanding and experience of FinOps cloud management framework
• Understanding of Cloud consumption service-based consumption models (e.g., Microsoft 365, Azure, AWS etc)
