Roles and Responsibilities

Prepare detailed BOQs, estimate quantities from drawings, and monitor progress against estimates. Conduct site visits to verify quantity takeoffs and prepare rate analysis reports. Develop cost plans, track costs during construction, and analyze variances between estimated and actual costs. Collaborate with project teams to identify potential cost savings opportunities. Provide expert advice on Quantity Surveying matters to clients.
