This is a full-time on-site role for a Cost Manager - C&I - Pre Contract (Fitout Projects). The Cost Manager will be responsible for day-to-day cost management like Budgeting, BoQ Preparation, BoQ Estimation, and consulting duties for fitout projects across the property and construction industry.
Qualifications
Minimum 4 years of experience in cost management for corporate/commercial/office interior projects.
Cost Management and Consulting skills
Knowledge of construction industry practices
Experience in project cost estimation and control
Financial analysis and budgeting skills
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work effectively in a team
Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, or related field.
