Perform advanced quantification across complex structures and integrated systems such as facade, specialised
interior finishes. Draft or modify trade-specific preambles, quantify preliminaries and general items, review cost plan quantities, audit team measurements. Apply suitable assumptions (when required) where project information is incomplete. * Prepare cost plans at different design stages including Concept, Schematic, and Design Development. Analyse and adjust unit rates, price BOQ items, support value engineering exercises, collect market quotations, and assist in tender estimates and cost plan reporting. * Carryout procurement related tasks such as preparing PQ documentation, maintaining tender schedules, managing tender events, issuing documentation, evaluating tenders and drafting tender reports. Experience in working with standard forms of contract (e.g., FIDIC, CPWD) and assisting in compiling final contract documents * Prepare interim payment recommendations, maintain cost control documentation, and manage change control processes. Contribute to cost reporting, cashflow forecasting, valuation of variations, tracking of risk allowances, and preparation of final accounts * Apply working knowledge of construction technologies and methods in cost planning tasks. Assess cost implications of materials, labour and construction methods during design and execution stages. Qualifications:
