Position: Cost Manager (Corporate/Commercial/Office Interior Projects)


Location:

Bengaluru

Experience:

Minimum 4 years

Key Responsibilities:



Prepare and manage

Bill of Quantities (BOQ)

for pre-contract

corporate/commercial interior projects. Conduct

cost estimation, budgeting, and financial analysis

for projects. Collaborate with the design and project teams to assess

project specifications

and ensure accurate cost planning. Identify and evaluate

cost-saving opportunities

without compromising quality. Analyze tender documents and prepare

cost reports and forecasts

. Review and verify contractor/vendor quotations for accuracy and compliance with BOQ. Ensure adherence to

project timelines and budgets

, identifying risks and variances. Maintain detailed

records of cost data

and project expenses.

Requirements:



Minimum 4

years of experience

in cost management for corporate/commercial/office interior projects. Strong proficiency in

BOQ preparation, cost estimation, and financial reporting

. Excellent analytical and negotiation skills. Proficiency in

MS Excel, costing software, and project management tools

. Strong attention to detail and accuracy. Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ?65,000.00 - ?90,000.00 per month
