WE ARE HIRING a Qualified COST & MANAGEMENT ACCOUNTANT

Minimum Experience: 10 Years of relevant Cost & Management Accounting

Education : Commerce Graduate with CMA certification

Industry : Auto Ancillary Manufacturing / Metal Cutting Industries

Job Location : Malur KIADB Industrial Area Phase 3.

Candidate should support manage and play a crucial role in controlling our company's costs and make informed financial decisions by developing cost structure, cost accounting systems and help in informed decision-makings to improve profitability and efficiency.

Should have handled comprehensive financial management, FP&A, business collaborating / partnering, and strategic decision support. Adept at conducting BEP, ROI, payback period, cost-benefit analysis, make-or-buy decisions, and financial risk assessments. Should have a strong background in internal controls, statutory compliances, audits, cash flow, working capital, and inventory management. Closure of financial statements under Ind AS, IFRS , US GAAP, Led R2R, P2P, GL reconciliations. Partner with business teams on PF&A, budgets, forecasts, KPIs, variance analysis, performance review, MIS reporting, standard costing, & product costing., Business Planning Cost Estimation.

Also, should oversaw statutory compliances, GST & TDS, Closure of Financial Statements, Lead audits & manage inventory, provide strategic insights on ROI, BEP, payback, cost optimization, cost benefit analysis & investments. Implement ERP & internal controls; strengthen cash flow & working capital. Financial Planning & Analysis, Budgeting, Forecasting, KPIs /KRAs, Internal Control, Compliance & Audits, Inventory Management.
