civil, MEP, and furniture
scope.
Analyze project drawings and specifications to determine material and labor requirements.
Coordinate with design, procurement, and project teams for accurate cost inputs.
Conduct site visits as needed for
quantity take-offs
and cost verification.
Prepare and validate
furniture billing
based on work progress and vendor submissions.
Monitor project costs and assist in budget control and value engineering.
Track
variation orders
and ensure all scope changes are captured in cost updates.
Required Skills & Experience
:
3-7 years of experience in
cost estimation for interior fit-out projects
, preferably in the
retail/F&B sector
.
Strong exposure to projects like
Burger King, MAC, KFC, Starbucks
, etc.
Expertise in preparing and reviewing
BOQ for MEP, civil works, and custom furniture
.
Familiarity with
billing and certification of furniture vendors
.
Proficient in AutoCAD, MS Excel, and cost estimation software (e.g., Candy, Bluebeam).
Good understanding of interior construction techniques, finishes, and materials.
