? Prepare

detailed quotations/offers

based on

approved design layouts

from clients.

? Analyse material and labour costs for custom lab furniture projects.

? Coordinate with design and production teams to validate costing accuracy.

? Monitor actual vs. estimated costs throughout the project lifecycle.

? Handle monthly billing of contractors as per layout progress and site work.

? Maintain cost sheets and estimation records for future reference.

? Participate in pricing discussions and quotation negotiations with clients.

? Justify costing components and support the sales team during order finalization.

? Coordinate project planning activities from order confirmation to delivery.

Maintain clear documentation for each case-to-case project execution

Requisite Skills:

Proficient in Advance MS Excel, basic AutoCAD understanding preferred

Good communication & negotiation skills

Ability to read technical drawings and BOQ

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ?25,000.00 - ?30,000.00 per month
