We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented
Estimation Engineer
with 3-5 years of experience in
cost estimation, quantity surveying, and tender documentation
for
art installations, landscaping, urban beautification, and public infrastructure projects
. The candidate will work closely with the design and execution teams to ensure accurate budgeting and timely documentation for
government tenders and private art-based projects
.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist in the preparation of Bill of Quantities (BOQ) and Cost Estimates for civil, RCC, and steel structure components.
Conduct basic rate analysis and market research based on CPWD-DAR and current trends.
Assist in preparation of technical and financial bid documents for government tenders.
Conduct site visits for quantity verification, execution feasibility, and billing support.
Coordinate with vendors and fabricators for cost inputs and custom material rates.
Monitor and update cost databases for new materials, fabrication processes, and art elements.
Assist in project budgeting, cost control, and reconciliation reports.
Support documentation of RA bills, BBS, and work progress records.
Liaise with clients and project stakeholders to resolve estimation or billing-related queries.
Requirements:
3-5 years of experience in Cost Estimation Civil Engineer
Degree /Diploma in Civil Engineering from a recognized university or institute.
Software
: MS Excel, AutoCAD, ETABS, STAAD.Pro, MS Word
Core Skills
: Quantity Surveying, Cost Estimation, BBS, Rate Analysis, Billing
Good knowledge of construction practices and CPWD/IS standards
Strong documentation, analytical, and communication skill.
Excellent verbal & written communication skills
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
