Office Location: Hosur Position description:
1. Maintain the accounting system in area office.
2. Regulate credit exposure to the dealers.
3. Ensure achievement of profitability of area office.
4.Ensure compliance with all applicable laws. Purpose of the role The Job involves independently handling commercials settlement for categories like Proprietary Mechanical, Electrical or casting/Forging. Need to work in collaborative manner between TVSM and supplier partners. Need to act like an extended arm but have to be stern in terms of ensuring that we act within the boundaries (checks & controls) and keeping cost as the top priority. Should be able to make management presentations on cost Role Description

• Responsible to closely work with Development Engineers in case of NPD / ECN Price settlements.
• Responsible for supporting Cost Structures & other manufacturing norms settlement based on the commodity in case of new supplier introduction.
• Responsible for maintaining minimum lead-time (SLA) during workflow approval & PO release.
• Ensuring timely commodity settlements with supplier through reference fixing such as LME, MMR, SIAM, Market intelligence
• Estimate Monthly / Quarterly / Annual Commodity Budgeting based on Supplier & Commodity wise and track against the actuals (MIS reporting)
• Support Cost reduction activities through market intelligence like Import Data analysis, Cost Element Rations (in Cost sheets)
• Ensuring System hygiene activities such as Scheduling Master & Material Master date update in SAP which will help in proper monthly scheduling to suppliers.
• Price comparison of suppliers between the plants/LPP between different models to have parity in price settlements.
• Digital projects in commercial (SRS preparation and discussing with IT team for implementation of IT projects to remove NVA in system)
• Provide clarifications and systematic actions for internal audit queries
