Conduct profitability analysis for new and existing products.
Cost Monitoring & Control
Monitor actual vs. planned costs for all projects and manufacturing activities.
Track variances and ensure adherence to cost targets.
Technical Cost Analysis
Perform technical cost analysis of products, parts, and processes.
Support new product development (NPD) and sourcing teams through zero-based costing.
Identify cost reduction opportunities without compromising quality.
Financial Control & Compliance
Prepare profitability sheets of purchase orders.
Ensure stock confirmations, GSTR reconciliations, and audit support.
Handle statutory compliance related to cost reporting.
Supplier Cost Evaluation
Verify supplier rates and quotations with technical costing methods.
Conduct comparative cost studies and support negotiations with sourcing and purchase teams.
Cross-functional Coordination
Collaborate with Design, Production, Sourcing, and Quality teams to collect accurate cost data.
Reporting & Documentation
Maintain detailed cost records, variance reports, and MIS.
Provide timely updates and insights to management for decision-making.
